"Worst hotel experience ever. They asked for a marriage certificate at check-in, which was incredibly weird and uncalled for. The staff is rude, intrusive, and lacks basic hospitality manners. Save your money and dignity—do not book this hotel."
Hopeless service Tv not working, Internet not working, AC is partially ok, room service is also pathetic
Everything is good but what if a married couple booking a room. They will ask for Marriage certificate and proof of being Husband and wife. I mean its being 20 years of my marriage as per Hindu rituals. And In India how many people generally make these certificates? I have been travelled all India but still Bihar seems to be living in 20 years back era. They will even reject your wedding photographs. Hahaha, pathetic mentality.
It is well designed from outside...Even it's parking area is so great....But as you enters dining area it's small and was damaged from gate side.... I went there to have lunch and food was good but interior was so disheartening.... I didn't visited it's room or hall area .... But it's ground floor which is for dinning was damaged when I went there ....
